The gown arrives in a beautiful case and is exquisitely made. I loved the quality of it. Just be aware that due to the delicate fabric used it is a little transparent!
Thank you Marie for your really lovely review. Our Cotton Voile nighties are the most sheer and we would recommend nude underwear or a slip if you find it too sheer. The Poppy is a lovely dress. I love the delicate flutter sleeves and details around the neckline. However, I needed something slightly less sheer, as I intend to wear this around guests such as brothers and fathers in law and could only afford one dress at this time. So I returned Poppy, and have kept a different dress. It’s hard to tell in the photo how sheer Poppy is, but if wearing any underwear, even nude, you’d be able to see the color through the dress. With the other one I kept, it has a bit more coverage, so I can get away with nude or pink underwear.
Overall, I’m very impressed with these dresses. I’d buy them all if I had the cash for it.

Beautifully soft cotton, very pretty smocking and pretty little short sleeves. Just what I’ve been looking for - so lovely to wear. Even thinking of buying self another! Already!
