Returns

If Only If Returns policy 

We hope you are delighted with your If Only If purchase. However, if you would like to return your order, please follow the guidelines outlined below.  
 

We will process your return request, providing the order has been sent back according to the If Only If Returns Policy aboveWe endeavour to process all refunds within 3 working days upon receipt, and all refunds will be credited back to the card used for the original purchase.   
 
You will be sent a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.  From the time we receive your return, it will take up to 10 working days for your refund to be credited back to your bank account. 

We’ve extended our returns window for the Christmas season, so orders placed from 1st November 2025 can be returned until 7th January 2026. 

UK Exchanges and Returns: 

 

For UK returns, all items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. They must be new, unused and folded into their original packaging (muslin pouch for the nightdresses if it arrived in one) and placed back in an envelope to be eligible for a returnAny items returned stained or damaged will not be eligible for a refund. 

  • Provide your order number and email address 

  • Select the item(s) you’d like to return  

  • Choose whether you would like to Return, Exchange or receive Store Credit 

  • Once you have selected the method, you can choose to receive a QR code or shipping label (depending on the carrier) 

  • Take your parcel to the nearest drop off point 

  • If you have selected an exchange, it will be processed once your order has been received at our warehouse. If the exchanged item is of a higher value than your original purchase, the additional amount will automatically be charged to your original payment method once the exchange has been completed. 

If you send your parcel back separately (not using our free returns portal) we recommend you obtain a postage receipt as sadly we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. 

International Returns (excluding Middle East) 

For International Returns, all items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. They must be new, unused and folded into their original packaging (muslin pouch for the nightdresses if it arrived in one) and placed back in an envelope to be eligible for a returnAny items returned stained or damaged will not be eligible for a refund. 

 

We do not offer free international returns or exchanges, instead, we ask that you return your item and make a new purchase on the site. Please note that any custom duties, local sales taxes and handling charges are non-refundable.

We recommend you obtain a postage receipt as sadly we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.  Please ensure you fill in the returns section for the duties/taxes properly as this will affect the cost of shipping back to the UK.
