Returns

• Please return your order within 14 days of receipt. All items must be new, unused, and folded into their original packaging (muslin pouch for nightdresses.) 

• Items that are stained or damaged will not be eligible for a refund. 

• Your refund will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note, during peak periods, this may be extended. 

• You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. 

• We are unable to process any online returns or exchanges in-store. 
• If you are returning your order which includes the GWP, kindly note, the GWP needs to be included within return

For UK returns, all items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. They must be new, unused and folded into their original packaging (muslin pouch for the nightdresses if it arrived in one) and placed back in an envelope to be eligible for a return.  Any items returned stained or damaged will not be eligible for a refund. 

For UK and International returns, please create your return via our online portal: Returns Portal Online 

• If you are within the UK: a returns label fee of £2.95 will be deducted off your refund total
• Exchanges are free within the UK
• If you are outside the UK: we do not offer exchanges and any duties and taxes paid are non-refundable 

If you send your parcel back separately (not using our free returns portal) we recommend you obtain a postage receipt as sadly we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

We recommend you obtain a postage receipt as sadly we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.  Please ensure you fill in the returns section for the duties/taxes properly as this will affect the cost of shipping back to the UK.
