UK Shipping

Orders placed before 1:30pm Monday-Friday will be sent out the same day and will otherwise be dispatched the next working day, to the postal address you have given in your order. These will arrive within a 2-4 working day window and are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Next Working Day Delivery is sent by DPD. Please note during sale periods that there could be a delay to shipping by 2-3 days. 

  • Royal Mail Tracked & Signed 48 - £4.90 (if you are not going to be home to receive your parcel, please view and edit the delivery options using your tracking number) 

  • DPD Next Working Day Delivery (Order by 1:30pm Monday-Friday) - £9.95 (Not available for Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland) 

Amending your delivery: After receiving your despatch notification, you will have the option to adjust your delivery preferences using the tracking number provided in your dispatch email. Depending on the carrier, options may include changing the delivery date, leaving the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour. Please note that by selecting one of these alternative delivery options, responsibility for the parcel will transfer to you, and If Only If can no longer accept liability for any issues that may arise. If you miss your delivery and your parcel is returned to us, you are liable for re delivery costs. Please contact the If Only If Customer Service team and we will arrange for your parcel to be sent back to you. 


International Shipping

Please note that we do not offer free exchanges on international orders. 

USA

We deliver our US shipments via Fedex Express service.

Our Express Delivery is sent via Fedex and is between 2-4 working days. If you are not going to be home to receive your parcel, please view delivery options using your tracking number. If you miss your delivery and your parcel is returned to us, you are liable for re-delivery costs. 

Europe & Rest of World

We deliver to the Europe & Rest of the World using FedEx, all shipments are sent on an Express service and are delivered within 2-4 working days. 

Taxes and Duties: 
International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery country.  International orders (outside of the UK) incur custom duties/taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer and can now be prepaid upon checkout, so there will be no additional charges upon delivery. Duties and taxes are non-refundable. 

If the Middle East receiver refuses delivery, we will have to deduct any taxes, duty or EU VAT that were incurred along with the original shipping and postage back to If Only If from the final refund.

If Only If Returns Policy 

We hope you are delighted with your If Only If purchase. However, if you would like to return your order, please follow the guidelines outlined below. 

Your items must be returned within 14 days (UK) or 30 days (Rest of the world) of receipt of your items. They must be new, unused and folded into their original packaging (muslin pouch for the nightdresses if it arrived in one) and placed back in an envelope to be eligible for a return.  Any items returned stained or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.  

We will process your return request, providing the order has been sent back according to the If Only If Returns Policy above.  We endeavour to process all refunds within 3 working days upon receipt and all refunds will be credited back to the card used for the original purchase.  

You will be sent a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.  From the time we receive your return, it will take up to 10 working days for your refund to be credited back to your bank account.

UK Exchanges and Returns: 

To authorise your return please contact Customer Services by email on customerservices@ifonlyif.co.uk quoting your order number and reason for return within 14 days of receipt of your items. We will then send you a link to create your free returns label. Please complete the form on your dispatch note and return it with the items you are sending back.

If you send your parcel back separately (not using our free returns label) we recommend you obtain a postage receipt as sadly we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. 

International Returns:

For International Returns, all items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. We do not offer free international returns or exchanges, instead, we ask that you return your item and make a new purchase on the site. Please note that any custom duties, local sales taxes and handling charges are non-refundable.   

Returns (excluding USA and Middle East):

Please follow the below returns process. 

  • Provide your order number and email address 

  • Select the item(s) you’d like to return 

  • Choose whether you would like to Return or receive Store Credit 

  • Select the method and receive a QR code or shipping label (depending on the carrier) 

  • Take your parcel to the nearest drop off point
