If Only If Nightwear is an online clothing brand that focuses on nightwear (primarily nightdresses) for women and girls. We pride ourselves on being cross-generational and size inclusive, creating nightwear in a sustainable fashion that makes women feel comfortable yet beautiful. 

We sell direct to our customers through our website and also hold a small collection at Fortnum & Mason.

Summary of Role 
The business is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a full-time member of the team who will be happy to involve themselves in all areas of the business, working closely with the brands CEO, Emily. The focus of this job will be to help develop the online sales and marketing and manage customer service. Ultimately, we are a small business looking for someone with enthusiasm who is happy to get involved in all areas of the business in this exciting stage of growth.

We hope to find someone motivated, positive, and personable, who is happy working autonomously but as a central team member.

The role requires home working and offers a high level of flexibility. In future we hope to open a shared workspace, but this remains more than a year away.

Responsibilities 

  • Be the customer representative – champion the customer experience and think of ways to expand/better this.
  • Manage day to day customer operations.
  • Feedback important customer messages and keep notes of these for future brand changes.
  • Keep up an excellent customer service tone and approach that is imperative to our brands reputation.
  • Lead the warehouse in dealing with any issues, acting on these respectfully but effectively to ensure the customer experience level is met.
  • Ordering stationery and goods for the warehouse and office.
  • Collect, analyse and present customer data to gain insights to drive change.
  • Consider ways our marketing could be improved to heighten the customer experience.
  • Feedback to team on any recurring issues and product feedback using platforms to support this like Zendesk.
  • Management of wholesale orders and invoicing.
  • Day to day administrative tasks including project management, booking travel, meeting bookings, running errands etc.
  • Keep on top of samples and liaise with call-ins.
  • Process payments of invoices, liaise with the accountant and chase on missing invoices.
  • Assist with any project management tasks including setting up of pop-ups, events, showrooms (in London and abroad).
  • Assisting with organising and planning photo-shoots (in London and abroad).
  • Assisting with the day to day maintenance of the website.
  • Assistance with product launches and sales.
  • Helping with some areas of production and sampling.

Requirements

Essential;

  • You have an empathetic customer approach with excellent communication skills
  • You’re entrepreneurial, self motivated, driven, and a problem solver
  • Confident analysing customer data to gain insights and direct change
  • Organised and detail driven
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for events/pop ups/photoshoots
  • Motivated to become a essential part of this exciting and driven company

Non-Essential;

  • Preferred 1-2 years experience in a similar role in e-commerce
  • Bonus if you have knowledge of Shopify, Zendesk, Klaviyo, Excel, Google Drive, Google Sheets
