US Shipping 

Orders placed before 3 PM EST Monday-Friday will be sent out the same day and will otherwise be dispatched the next working day. 

Please note during sale periods that there could be a delay to shipping by 2-3 days. 

• Ground Shipping (3–5 business days): $10    

• Express Shipping (1–2 business days): $25  

 

If Only If Returns policy 

• Please return your order within 30 days of receipt. All items must be new, unused, and folded into their original packaging (muslin pouch for nightdresses.) 

• Items that are stained or damaged will not be eligible for a refund. 

• Your refund will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note, during peak periods, this may be extended. 
• You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.  

 

Exchanges and Returns 

During our sale period, we recommend placing a new order rather than requesting an exchange due to stock availability.  Please note, we do not offer free returns labels on Sale items. 

• To raise your return or exchange, please contact our customer services on customerservices@ifonlyif.co.uk quoting your order number.  

• You will receive a UPS returns label within 24-48 hours of requesting your refund. You can then return your package via your local UPS drop-off location or access point.  

• If you choose to return the item using your own shipping method (not using our provided label), we strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.  

Please note that our Customer Service team operates on UK hours (9 AM–5 PM GMT). We kindly ask that you double-check your order details and shipping address before completing your purchase.
