US Shipping 

Orders placed before 3 PM EST, Monday to Friday, will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after that time will be dispatched the next business day to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please note that our Customer Service team operates on UK hours (9 AM–5 PM GMT). We kindly ask that you double-check your order details and shipping address before completing your purchase. Our team will respond to inquiries within 24 hours. 

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $10 

  • Express Shipping (1–2 business days): $25 

 

If Only If Returns policy 

We hope you are delighted with your If Only If purchase. However, if you would like to return your order, please follow the guidelines outlined below.  

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. All items must be new, unused, and folded into their original packaging (muslin pouch for nightdresses, if applicable) and placed in an envelope or suitable packaging for return. Items that are stained or damaged will not be eligible for a refund. 

If your return meets the conditions of our Returns Policy, we will process your refund within 3 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. 

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your bank account. 

 
US Exchanges and Returns: 

To authorise your return please contact Customer Services by email on customerservices@ifonlyif.co.uk quoting your order number and reason for return within 30 days of receipt of your items. We will then send you your free returns label within 24 hours. You can then return your package via a UPS drop-off location or access point.  

 

If you choose to return the item using your own shipping method (not using our provided label), we strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
