• Sale items can be returned through our returns portal within 14 days of receipt, where a returns label will be generated for you. Please note that a £5 return fee will be deducted from your final refund. For any full price items, your return label will be free of charge.  

• Due to the high volume, please understand that once an order is placed, we are unable to make any amendments or combine orders 

• Please read the product descriptions carefully for sizing advice to avoid disappointment 

• Due to this busy period, please note that we do not offer complimentary gift wrapping on sale purchases 

• To avoid disappointment, we recommend placing a new order rather than requesting an exchange due to stock availability  

• Discount codes are not valid on sale items 

• We will do all we can to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, however, due to the high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer than usual 

• Please note we do not offer any price matches on further reductions  

• Next Day delivery is not available for the first day of Sale
