Sale items can be returned through our returns portal within 14 days of receipt, where a returns label will be generated for you. Please note that a £5 return fee will be deducted from your final refund. For any full price items, your return label will be free of charge.

Due to the high volume, please understand that once an order is placed, we are unable to make any amendments or combine orders

To avoid disappointment, we recommend placing a new order rather than requesting an exchange due to stock availability

We will do all we can to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, however, due to the high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer than usual 

Orders placed one day prior to the Sale starting on Tuesday 6th January are eligible for a price match, with the difference refunded to a gift card
