Any item purchased with embroidery is non-refundable 

Please allow 4 weeks to receive your embroidered item 

Once you have placed your order, our Customer Service team will reach out and pass Cott’n contact information over for you to discuss your designs and pricing. IOI will ship your item directly to Cott’n 

Embroidery prices start at £20 - pricing conversations will be directly between yourself (the customer) and Cott’n  

Please ensure you only place an order for your item that you’d like to have embroidered. Any other items you’d wish to purchase, please place a new order 

Once your item has been embroidered, Cott’n will ship your order to you  

For in-store appointments, as our store is an intimate size, we ask if you could limit your group to no more than 3 people
