How it works

• You’ll place your order with us as usual and pay for your nightdress/item plus shipping to Cott’n London.
• Once your order is placed, Cott’n London will be in touch directly to finalise your embroidery details.
• Cott’n London will then invoice you separately for the embroidery once the design conversation and approval is complete.

Important to know

• This embroidery service is exclusively available for the designs from The Bridal Chapter collection: Anastasia Blue, Anastasia Pink, Anastasia White, Handkerchief, Luisa, Margot Blue Heart, Margot Pink Heart and Sophia.
• We cannot offer embroidery on the silk designs: Millie or Nina.
• As your item is sent directly to Cott’n London and personalised just for you, embroidered pieces are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Timeline

• Please allow up to 4 weeks in total:Around 2 weeks for design conversations and approval.A further 2 weeks for embroidery and completion.
