Shipping to Europe

Please note that all EU orders will be subject to import VAT and duties, which we do not cover. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and payable on receipt of goods.  We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount so we therefore advise you to check your country’s duty and customs tax costs (via your country’s government website) before placing your order, as these must be paid before the items are released for delivery.

We do ship to Ireland but please get in touch with Customer Services to confirm you are happy to cover tax and duty charges.  If you are from any other EU country that is not on the list above please send us an email customerservices@ifonlyif.co.uk

Please note that if the EU receiver refuses delivery, we will have to deduct any taxes, duty or EU VAT that were incurred along with the original shipping and postage back to If Only If from the final refund.

Please email customerservices@ifonlyif.co.uk to receive your VAT refund if you have placed an order to deliver to EU.

Rest of World Shipping

We deliver to the Rest of the World using both Royal Mail and DHL where the price is given according to the weight of the parcel. Please also note that we do not offer free exchanges on international orders. Delivery in 3 to 10 working days.

Orders purchased to the Rest of the World (outside of the UK) may incur custom duties, which are the responsibility of the customer and applicable (in some cases) once the order reaches the destination country.

International Returns & Exchanges 

We currently do not offer free international returns, but we do offer an extended period - 30 days - for our international customers (all sale items are final - no exchanges or refunds).  Please note that any custom duties, local sales taxes and handling charges are non-refundable, and we cannot accept exchanges for purchases outside of the UK. Instead, we ask that you return your item and make a new purchase on the site.
