Position: Sales Assistant

Location: London, Belgravia  

Hours: Full Time - 5 days a week. Must be available to work Saturdays and Sunday

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with a warm, friendly, and professional manner. 
• Assist customers with product selections, offering styling advice and detailed product information to enhance their shopping experience.
• Support the management team in achieving sales targets by delivering exceptional service
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately using the POS.
• Assist customer with all inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain high visual and presentation standards, ensuring the store is clean, tidy, and well-stocked always.
• Assist with stock management, including unpacking deliveries, organising stockrooms and actioning inventory checks.
