The cover is amazing but bottle inside is comical

The cover is beautifully soft and worthy of 5 stars. Unfortunately the hot water bottle is comically small and isn’t even half the size of the cover. Managed to find a hot water bottle that fits it perfectly.

Anna thank you so much for alerting us to this issue! Thanks to you we realised there had been an error in our hot water bottle insert order. We rectified this and sent out the correct insert to all customers and now I hope you will agree, the hottie is perfect! Thank you again.
